ok if u read my post lets see if we can bring the board back by helping me out here. i did a injection in the upper glute, i have done in routinely so no biggie. but now my lower back hurts a little and the injection site is black and blue. i injected 200mg of deca any ideas guys.    | ||

Are you sure the lower back pain isn't kidney pain? I don't know what else you are taking, but when I was on dbol I got some kidney pain that felt like lower back pain. Just an idea, I'm no expert. Yet. ------------------ | ||

If you are black and blue you probably have some trauma to the Glutes in which case they are tight and can be causing an imbalance that is aggravating your low back. Could also be referred pain. I wouldn't worry about it, it should go away in a few days(hopefully).  |
