Hello all!

How can I get split chest? (You know, when upper and middle chest are almost separated.. When you it looks like you have two chests)

And some athletes don't look like they have it. So it leads me to wonder, is it genetics or it can be trained. If so, how?

Reply please!

Try some cable crossovers guys. They work pretty damn well. You also have to be pretty cut to see the major and minor muscles seperated..
