only have done 2 injection on each bicep first was winny only .25cc and .25cc of b-12 worked great but hurt like a bitch, then put 1cc of prop in there a week later no pain. then last night put 1cc of prop and .5 of fina. WOW biceps are pumped all day and are hard like a rock i used a 23g 1.5" and put it almost all the way in! for those on fina i would try it you will love it     | ||

I have never done biceps injections. I am currently using fina/sust. Do you shoot in the front towards the elbow angled with the end of the pin towards the middle of the bi. Or the top by the delt with end of pin towards middle? or both? | ||

just flex the bi, then mark or just know where the peak is. then put you arm relaxed on a desk or something and push it is really not a hard injection at all you will be fine. just make sure to push it in far, like a 1inch all the way in would be best | ||

I've tried site injections myself using Fina. Injected directly in the peak of the Biceps. Worked very well!! | ||

i just did some fina in the bi's this week. it hurts like a bitch!!! i couldnt even lift up my arms for the first 3 hours. | ||

really, mine were fine, but about 6 hours after a winny site injection it hurts like a bitch. |
