my buddy has decided to start his first cycle soon. i came up with a plan for him to use 500 for 8 weeks and 250 for week 9. now its coming down to it and hes getting all nervous about taking 500 and is talking about just using 250 instead. even wants me to fix him and stuff for who knows why. its gonna be dbol and winny later on to. i know that different peoples bodies react differently to types of sauce. almost everyone i have talked to at the gym has said naw screw that just do 500. is there really going to be that much of an overwhelming difference if he decides to 250 instead of 500? mind you this is a firts cycle and we have been training for about 2 yrs. | ||

Yes, take 500mg/week and don't drop down to 250 for the final week. Sust is self tapering...Dbol would be a nice addition for th efirst 4-5 weeks. | ||

thermo, from everything I've read, and everything I've heard, GO WITH 500! Any amount of exogenous test will shut down your natural production...250 mg/week is not enough to "make up" and "overcompensate" for this shutdown...There will be no more sides (theoretically speaking) but much more gains... If you're gonna go, go hard! Back me up guys... ------------------ | ||

There is no different in side effects from 250 mg than 500mg. However 500mg will be much more effective at building muscle. And as Thick Dog says, sust is self tapering so stick with the same dosage str8 thru. | ||

Have him use 250mg per week. It is not the dosage that will make you grow. It is the training and diet. You will just be wasting your money and irritating your prostate with higher dosages. If he is not happy with this cycle then use 500 the next time. He has nothing to lose by going lower. What does it matter if he gains 15 pounds now and 15 pounds later (3 months) instead of being impatient and using more and gaining 20 pounds now? It is illogical. | ||

yea i added dbol week one thru six to kick start the test. then week six thru 12 added winny to harden up some. everything is a go on those dosages. its just down to going with either 500 or 250 of nile. i wanted to add deca for 1 thru 8 also but he is needle wiery and wants to keep the fixings down to a minimum so that was a no go. first cycle and he already is freaking about being a pin cushion. lol. i got upset the other day and shouted that if hes gonna be all nervous and wiery about this maybe its not for him, but he wants to give it a whirl so, well give it a whirl. | ||

the only thing is i am not sure if this is going to be on a continous basis. im pretty sure he just wants to try this out and not make a habit out of it , but you know how that goes. | ||

Go with the 500. If I could change the long gone past, I would have gone with 500. you won't regret it. other than not being able to walk for a few weeks of course {8^) | ||

I have done 250mg a week and made great gains. In my opinion you should use the bare mininum that you can get away with. Why waste juice? The more you use the more sides you get. I would not recommend only 250mg if he was a seasoned vet, but he should make great gains for a first timer and have less of a crash afterwards. ------------------ | ||

Go with the 250mg per week!! I did a 9-week cycle and gained close to 25 pounds. That was a bunch of hard fucking work and diet but it can be done. Save the 500mg for the 2nd cycle! | ||

More is better to an extent. I'd use a minimum of 500mg/week and would feel better about 750 mg /week unless the individual is particularly teensy (under 220 pounds). 250 / week will keep your natural test production shut down but will not produce meaningful gains. My advice is to never do a cycle with half-assed dosages. Good luck! | ||

Every cycle should include atleast 500mg of test in my opinion. Upto 1000mg of Test wouldn't be a waste ------------------ | ||

You gotta be an idiot to use 500-1000mg for your first cycle when you will grow just fine with 250mg per week. You might not get as much but at least you will not risk a bad reaction or injury from getting too strong too fast. | ||

I'm not the scientist here but I read in a few places that 500mg or more a week in two seperate injections spread out every 3-4 days is best, due to the fact that sust has a fast acting test that will slowly fade after 3-4 days.So administering 2 times a week would keep your levels at a steady instead of up and down.And test levels at a steady high level provides the best opportunity for growth. | ||

250 mgs. is great...........for my girl. he he. on the real go at least 500 for a newbie,750-1000 intermediate,1000+,seasoned.some might say that is too much. but all the big boys i work out with run 1000+ (at least!). on 1500 mgs. of dura a week right now. | ||

I have been researching my first cycle for about 4 months now. I have just found out that I have a cholesterol of 2.34 (which is abnormally low). This has identified a malabsorption problem in my intestine for the absorption of nutrients. So, until I get to the bottom of that, my weight gain cycle is on hold. Sorry about that... The cycle which I have decided on would be as follows: WEEK----SUST250----WINNY----CLOMID I am 75kg and 6'2" and have received alot of support for this 'first' cycle. Anyone, please comment if you disagree. I was aiming for around 10kg of gain, minimum. However, diet is most important!!!!!!!! Good luck...I hope you get the support I have! bump | ||
