Can it be done,w/ sust 750- 1000 wk? gain muscle and lose fat? Or would it be better to trim down, then go for cycle. I'm 6 ft about 210, not real fat, but want to be leaner...with out sacrificing size. I want to bigger not fatter.

In a word no. To shed fat your body needs to be in a catabolic state. To grow muscle you body needs to be in an anabolic state. You cant do both at once.
You can however get into better condition even on plain old test. Assuming your not eating in extreme excess of your maintenance levels, the gear in your system will go to work on what it has to work with. Thus you gan grow muscle without adding layers of fat, and as your muscles are getting bigger and retaining more nitrogen your looking fuller and tighther and feeling pretty damn good....
You get the idea

Sus b/c i haven't used it a while and I have some.
So to avoid getting fat, I need to trim down first then go with gaining cycle? I'm currently on a primo bridge, next week will be the last of it, and I'm ready to grow. May have to trim down first. Opinions?? again, I'm not really fat but not satisfied with amount of badyfat I have.
