i've taken it and sold it with confidence... it SEEMED to work... of course, double or triple the dose.... also check into the di-indolin, works well too... for over the counter products that is. | ||

It is "T" total 100% C R A P You will do better taking boron. Do your research before you buy into bullshit like that. If I tell you my protein has 600g of protein per 30g serving are you going to believe that. Always look for proof when you are trying out ANY natural supplement. Truth is, if it did anything it would probably not be legal. The same goes for tribulus, andro, shark cartlage, deer antler... whatever. Don't listen to the salesman, listen to the proof. -Stew | ||

There is no need to post your results. IT DOES NOT WORK. Not maybe not a little NOT AT ALL. It does nothing. It blocks estrogen in the test tube, but it is destroyed AS SOON AS IT ENTERS THE MOUTH. If you post "your results" you will be showing us how much you are influenced by the placebo effect. That's all.

I have to disagree. there are no studies- proving or disproving chrysin's efficacy in vivo. a study that has been frequently quoted, with respect to absorption of chrysin in vivo, is actually a study of in vitro interaction of chrysin with intestinal cells.
