I was suppose to start my cycle this Monday but last Friday it hit me. It being a really bad stomach virus that kept me in the bathroom for 2 days. My appetite is still not all the way back. My question is how long should I wait before I start the cycle? Anybody with any experience in this?    | ||

wait until your body over come it your diet is the most importent thing so if your stomach and appitaite is not so good you wont get what you could get out of your cyc  | ||
