I have tendon problems with my left pec where it connects to my shoulder. I also have pain in my left tricep. I have trouble lifting heavy on flat bench and pec deck. It literaly feels like my pec is going to disconnect when I'm benching. What I did after my cycle was, took a 2 week break. Then on chest day I only used dumb bells and I got a great chest work out with no pain!

I got "Tennis elbow" in my right elbow due
to poor form while doing curls.
Doc gave me anaprox DS (sodium naproxen)
as an anti inflammatory.

Both elbows.I think the only option is NSAIDS.. I've found what has helped a bit is Bufen and Diclofenic Acid (Voltral), perhaps Mefamic Acid would work better but it fucks up my stomach.

Sorry, not much to suggest.

Got it in both elbows the best thing i have found to help is just keep a lot of pressure on it when workig out. Use wraps as tight as you can get em. It will hurt when you take em' off but you can at least get through your set.

I had tendonitis really bad two years ago. I kept working out and it wouldn't go away no matter how many anti-inflammatories I took. But then I took six months off and it did the trick.
Since you're only 19, you've got plenty of time....I would take a few months off.

Sounds like maybe a rotator cuff problem or something; please provide more specific info(i.e. what movements hurt; exact location; etc..) as tendonitis in the actual shoulder muscles aside from the long head of the biceps tendon is extremely rare.

Try both shoulder. Look up A.R.T. therapy in T-net.com This therapy is good for tendonitis. I'm on my 2nd session. 10 more to go. Also go light in the gym. Do exercise that give you NO pain in the shoulder. Otherwise you'll never heal. Try Celebrex.

yeah, i know i am 19 but time off isnt an option, ask bigjay, he knows what i am talking about

i am too young i assume for a cortisone shot right?
