I just quit taking g and now I cant sleep without 8 tylenol pms. Can I OD on them even if I have a high tolerance? I figured if they didnt make me tired, they cant kill me. DC     | ||

Same problem Those fuckers don't work at all. I mix sevral of them up "cocktail" total of about 12 well I haven't dies yet! so that good news I think its just tolerance. I have to take more than 6 asprin or more for any effect. Kinda sucks My doc triples dosses because of this. EEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I can't ever sleep ------------------ | ||

a couple of problems, 1st you are taking to much acetominophen go away from tylenol pm and go to benedryl you will save your liver and still get the active ingredient(diphenhydramine) 2nd to much dyphenhydramine can give you a psychosis similar to lsd/ pcp How much is to much- if each pill you are taking contains 50mg dyphenhydramine then you are getting close- it varies- but never go over what your doing now- you simply need a break and try other things for a while- valerian root- melatonin- then you can go back to benadryl if you want at a lower dose peace-tomo [This message has been edited by Tomo (edited February 27, 2001).] | ||

You really gotta cut down on the Tylenol - it will fry your liver. Have the doc prescribe something like Ambien. Just be careful because you can get some weird amnesia like effects. | ||

Im the same way actually i just got a script for ambien which worked great 5mg and i was out. Geuss what --Im developing a tolerance to that also- count me in the vampire crew-tomo | ||

You can dose ambien up to 20mg, but you will also develop a tolerance to that after a couple of weeks. | ||

That's true! The worst is when you're in bed with your wife/girlfriend and you get horny after having taken Ambien already. Then you bang forever but can't remember it the next morning. She starts talking about all the wild stuff that went on, and you just have to act like you know what she's talking about. | ||

I took some of my grandfather's Ambien before. That stuff messes me up. I have had hallucinations on it. I really do not like it. By the way, of course you can overdose on tylenol PM. You can overdose on just about anything if you take enough of it. Be careful. | ||

Hell yeah, you can overdose on Tylenol PM, like was said ealier get away from the acetomenipen, look at the labels and try a diffrent kind than what is in the PM, try unisom gel caps, there are 2 or 3 diffrent kinds over the counter. | ||

Ambien can definitely cause mild hallucinations if you don't fall asleep right away. Sonata is a new one that is more mellow and has a half-life of about an hour (just enough to get you to sleep). | ||

HELL YES YOU CAN OVERDOSE ON ANY SEDATIVE! I don't know how many tylenol you would need to kick the bucket, but all sedatives cause your heart rate to lower which in extremes can cause a heart attack. I take xanax by RX and one time I forgot that I already had taken my night dosage and I took one extra pill. I panicked and called the Dr. at his house. He assured me that I would be fine, just a bit drowsy. He said it would probably take my whole months supply at one time to cause any damage. | ||

WOW...if you care about your health and well being stop taking the tylenol! Try 3mg Melatonin. It makes me tired as hell and I get a good nights sleep without the groginess in the morning that a drug would give me. | ||

Have your doc prescribe you some Dormicum they come in 7.5mg white pills and 14mg blue pills, those suckers will put you down, the effect last only 6 hrs, and you do get some amnesia like effects.. |
