Allright bro's maybe some of ya'll can agree with me on this one especially you [b]DEEPSQUAT[b]. I undestand some bros out there have knee injuries or other leg injuries that may effect the way they squat, and if you have a leg injury you probably shouldn't be squatting in the first place, but I can't give respect to brothers that rack up the bar with crazy weight, bend their knees come back up and call it a full squat. If your ass ain't going deep in the whole and shooting out, I can't respect ya!!!
Can anyone agree with me or am I wrong.

thank you i get so tired of seeing people at my gym putting like 6 plates on each side and only going down 2inches and grunting and shit like they are sooo bad, the same fucker does it every day he works out legs and he is fat as fuck, i heard someone ask him how much he was "squating" and he was like well 600lbs. He actually thinks he squats that much.. what a dumbass

if you are gonna do somethin do it properly!!! there's lads at my gym that have been 'Squatting' 5 plates for 2-3 years, they move all bout 2" what a lot of shit! I can only just squat 3 plates for 6 but my ass is on the floor. And to prove that his squatting aint worth a wank my legs are much better than his. If it dont break parralel it dont gain shit!
