I feel that depends on the person as well as if they're on juice or not.

I know I personally cannot. But other people do, and see good results that way.

Being 'on' you can get away with it,barring your nutrient intake is condusive toward repair/recovery...'Off',no,in my opinion...

I do while on juice and fall back to once a week while off- my body craves the extra work while on- after nearly 2 decades of training i have a decent feel for when i overtrain and 2x a week is ok for me- tomo

One needs to find their own niche. We have to remember to change our training program when we are "off". It is so important, otherwise your body might go into a catabolic state. With this said, I would not train a bady part twice a week when "off". I usually train each twice while "on" but not as intense the second time.

Too many variables to give you a solid, definate answer. This is on of those things you should figure out for yourself before you juice, in my humble opinion.
