I feel that depends on the person as well as if they're on juice or not. I know I personally cannot. But other people do, and see good results that way. ------------------ | ||

I do while on juice and fall back to once a week while off- my body craves the extra work while on- after nearly 2 decades of training i have a decent feel for when i overtrain and 2x a week is ok for me- tomo | ||

One needs to find their own niche. We have to remember to change our training program when we are "off". It is so important, otherwise your body might go into a catabolic state. With this said, I would not train a bady part twice a week when "off". Too many variables to give you a solid, definate answer. This is on of those things you should figure out for yourself before you juice, in my humble opinion. | ||
