Hello all!

Do you know the best way to get HUGE abs? I am not interested in getting them nice and
toned. I just want them huge. How often should I work them? Whats the best way in getting them big? Should I use weight for that? Or using your bodyweight?

I know dieting is one way... Whats the physical way of getting them big?

abs are like any other muscle, you have to make them thick enough to show..as for chest-tris, ect.

they're so hard to train 'cause you use them 100% of the time.....a little hard work and a good diet will show them off nicely!!
just like everything else...heavy weights=big muscles....add plenty of resistance.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE PGF2 IN YOUR ABS. That would be the most painful injection ever. You're supposed to try and keep the PGF2 injections as far away from the stomach as possible.
Just do heavy weight on the ab crunch machine. I used to work abs everyday, but I noticed that when I started only working them twice a week they popped out. I have good abs now, and I only do them about twice a week, 6 sets or so of 20 reps with weight.

i work mine eod or so and they protrude nicely. just hit them hard with lots of weight and dont do the site injection bullshit.

I have to agree with Phiend, No PGF2 injections !!

Heavy Weights, ab crucnh twice a week or EOD and give them a rest. This may take a little while but when they begin to show up, you'll be happy of the results. Oh yeah, another thing, forget the bigmac and shit like that !

Be smart, eat good food and do some cardio.

Every one always says to use light weights high reps for abs, but would using heavy weights low reps be good for increasing strength and mass? Nautilus makes a crunch machine that you can add plenty of resistance to.

Do your squats and deadlifts without a belt and you would be surprised how much that can add to ab thickness and development. Also train abs like any other muscle to get them big. Don't train them too often and don't be afraid of doing heavy sets. As far as making your waist bigger just don't do those weighted twisting machines with low reps, and don't do side bends with a heavy dumbell. You will build nice permanent muscular love handles.

I train my abs by using a 50lb dumbell behind my head (head is off the bench) and do 10 reps of strict crunches..it burns like you would not believe..I started with 20lbs and worked my way up..3 sets and my abs are on fire...
