I know the half life of Clenbuterol is 2 days. I was on it for 10 days straight and now I've been off for 8 days taking ECA. I want to now go 14 days Clen this time. Have I been off it long enough that I can start up again for 14 days or should I wait a little longer?     | ||

You will know as soon as you start taking it again. There is no definate answer. If you are taking more than usual to experience the same effects, then you probably need to lay off longer. But if a few pills are hitting you pretty good, then you haven't developed a tolerance yet. -Stew | ||

Then you have the other extreme, my girlfriend. She has taken 10 clen tabs a day and hasn't felt much at all. She take 6 ripped fuel a day though and she's a wreck... ------------------ | ||

BSmooth, whats up? 12 more days until Cancun!!! I cannot fucking wait. I am so pumped up for it. I just started taking clen again this week, I dont have to many so i am taking 3 a day plus 4 Ripped Fuels...I am also lifting the same body part twice a day and doing cardio in between the two sessions. I am so sick of dieting down...Bulking is 10 times better. Ever go to Bang Bang at Freehold Raceway Mall? I got some awesome shit there this past weekend. Anyway, I am staying at Calinda Beach...Where are you at again? Oh...I also baught some Taraxatone today and will start it on thursday,,,,The fina is working well, i threw up 345 on incline today, a personal record/....Anyway, thought I would give you an update... | ||

Hey man. HELL YEAH I cannot wait. I think I'm going to start doing the Clen again tomorrow and do cardio every morning up until we leave.. I agree with you on the diet man. I think it is the Fina because I am just constantly hungry and I havent really been able to cut my calories that much in the last few days.. I'm just eating clean and the Fina is doing the rest.. Every day I think I look better and feel stronger. I gotta hit up Monmouth or Freehold mall too bro. Got some phat gear already but I still need more.. yeah the hottest girls work at Bang Bang dont they? At least they did last time I was there... These workouts I have left are going to be nuts. I'm definately overtraining but fuck it. The hard part is going to be not to gain too much fat while down there, being we are going to be eating crap and drinking tons of beer. If I can I'm thinking about waking up every morning there for a jog down the beach and I should be good. We'll see how motivated I am about that. Oh yeah I'm staying at Continental Villas. Its on the beach side by downtown. Wheres Calinda Beach? Get back to me bro and keep up the good work. ------------------ | ||

BSmooth, yeah Hot girls definatly work at Bang Bang...anyway, Calinda Beach is right across from LaBoom....I wish there was a way we could get together when we are down there...I already have some great ways to get juice back...Write back and we should plan on meeting somewhere...Maybe I will email you for now on since this looks sketchy... | ||
