you know how there is a lobby to legalize AAS?, why not try to get deca legalized. deca is safe, there aren't many side effects (except impotence), and both men and women can use it.

i mean really. It is low androgenic, it will build quality long term muscle, and has few side effects.

i remember reading that if the androgenic properties were seperated from the anabolic properties of steroids, they might be more tolerated by the government and the public in general. I know that is a lie because anyone with a minimum of info on steroids know that they already have invented steroids with anabolic but almost no androgenic properties (anavar & deca).

maybe i should rephrase this. what i am trying to say is that some of us want to make steroids more acceptable to get the punishments down and education up. So why not take up deca as the drug of choice, ie the "official" drug of the AAS lobby.

it is just an opinion. i doubt that people will accept test useage anytime soon. so we may have to meet halfway there.

so everyone knows, i know that most people will not listen to reason. that is not an insult, but a fact in regard to some issues, like drugs for one. True they are dangerous, but some are somewhat healthy. and i am not trying to get AAS legalized. i think that would be a mistake. what i am trying to say is perhaps we should start a lobby where deca was more tolerated by the medical and political community so if teens were going to use no matter what, they would use deca.

its like in amsterdam, they legalized marijuana to keep people off heroin. we could try to lobby the gov to lessen the punishments on deca to increase tolerance of AAS in general. it is a safe effective drug that works in both men and women.

it would put a better face on the AAS underground. also, it would be safer if people were going to use AAS anyway.

When i said "people don't listen to reason" waht i mean is that most people SAY the reason they hate AAS is because they are dangerous, but androstenediol will give you gynomastia, acne, testicular shrinkage, and basically anything else (except muscle mass) AAS will give you if you take enough. what i meant is that people say they dislike AAS because they are dangerous but i doubt that that is the real reason. It is a predujice. Danger and side effects aren't the reason people hate AAS. if they were deca would be legal and andro would be illegal.

but it would put a prettier face on us. we might be seen as intellegent in the face of fanatacism (esp. if we brink up the deca vs. andro thing in regards to side effects vs. benefits. how the ineffective dangerous drug is legal but the effective but slightly less dangerous drug isn't). that could help the image we are trying to present.

deca or primo. maybe anavar as well.

You can't just decriminalize one AAS and keep the rest where they are. It doesn't work that way.

Also, the AAS vs andro tactic is a really bad idea. Supplements and drugs are legislated differently, and once a comparison like that gets around, mark my words, all you'll get is profound regulation of the supplement industry.

The appropriate tactic is to highlight the popularity of Viagra as a wake-up call to the epidemic of male menopuase. Then you follow up with the amazing benefits of AASs on AIDS and cancer patients (especially compared to protease inhibitors, which are, like deadly).

The final nail in the coffin? Bring up plastic surgery. Don't we have a right to choose to modify our bodies?

Deca is a good steroid for more permanant gains, and I would be behind anyone trying to get it legalized. BUMP this.

Stalin

I agree with you, but I think that perhaps there is a better chance of increasing public awareness of medical purposes for testosterone.....and that the benefits of test in healthy people outweigh any "side effects...."

Maybe it can happen that way too

Matt
