have good cuts and size but was thinking of playing with low reps heavy weights (heavy as possible on diet) and more of the basic exercises. Reason to keep size where it is and maybe even increase. wil be going off test in 3 weeks. have been taking other cutting stuff all along and will ad halo and primo here evry soon. any thoughts on low reps heavy weights less exercises last 6 weeks? already ahve good sepeeration IP: Logged |

Bro, I would stay heavy. Dieting can take a hell of alot out of you especially for shows. You said you have good separation already so hit it hard. Going light and dieting is like telling your body, that is doesnt need all that muscle anymore, and it may not want to hang on to it. Go for it Bro, Later, WCP ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey, if everything is on track, why not stay with the same routine? Adding primo will add the size without having to change the routine. Also, if you have never used halo, I would re-consider trying it so close to contest. At this point, any little change may have drastic impact on your body. I know that at this point, I could make a change and see the results in as little as 24 hrs later. Also, if you are comtemplating using a diruetic, make sure you try it at least 2 weeks out to see what it does to your body. Some people react adversly to it. It really sucks to use one the night before a show, only to wake up the morn of the show flat as hell. Peace IP: Logged |

I think you made a good choice and should stay with low reps and heavy weight. IP: Logged |

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! To suddenly switch up while dieting and haveing low bodyfat is just asking for a torn muscle IP: Logged |
