The huge veins are from two things, increased blood volume and genetics.

If you've been juicing for as long as you have, you may never get huge veins.

Every try blood doping to increase blood volume?

I don't know if its a good idea to blood dope just so's you'll get some veins. I'm all about performance enhancement, but that seems kind of stupid, and kind of dangerous. Blood doping has other advantages, like increasing the oxygenation capacity of your blood, but if overdone can cause clots that can block up arteries. Besides, who do you want to look like, Paul Dilett? That fool ruins me. Just disgusting.
