Well if you go to his web site and read..you will see that this is one of those pencil necks in the gym that thinks they know everything about BB. Well you can see his pick..nuff said on that.. Well the whole sit..he comments left and right on how he hates A.S..and how they are soooo bad..and if people who use them are stupid..blah..blah..blah.. Well I email the guy..and I say nothing about gear at all. I offered him some dieting tips..contrary to the tips he provides to people on his site. Well his girlfriend..yeah his girlfriend emails me back and says "your words of wisdom are not welcome here..leave Adam alone before you make a bigger ass out of yourslef than you are" So a bunch us..basically went to his board...and played around.. I tried to email him again..still polite..and he flamed me again..so I figure this is redemption enough..
