I HAVE BEEN ON SUS AND D-BOL FOR 19 DAYS AND HAVE ONLY GOTTEN MODERATE GAINS(5 LBS), PRETTY GOOD STRENGTH GAINS THOUGH. I AM USING 5 PINKS/DAY AND 500MG SUST A WEEK. THIS IS MY SECOND CYCLE, MY FIRST WAS TEST PROP. DO THOSE DOSAGES SOUND HIGH ENOUGH FOR ME....I WEIGH AROUND 245-250. WHAT WEEKS SHOULD THE GAINS REALLY START TO COME(MY GEAR LOKS VERY LEGIT). THANK YOU SIR IP: Logged |

Bro, In my experience, week three or week four is usually when the sust really kicks in. Also, is your diet sufficient? If you weigh 250, then you should really be getting AT LEAST 400 grams of protein a day, 500 if possible. This is difficult. (I weigh the same) Just a few thoughts, Matt IP: Logged |

Bro, although I weigh much less, my experience with sus alone..you should have gained more already.(i took less as well) Are you eating like a horse? you should be...if not. I would question if it is legit? IP: Logged |

You should be seeing some good gains soon form the sust, however your dbol should have allowed more gains thatn 5 lbs, are you eating enough and sleeping enough?? For someone who is 250 i'd up the sust to 750 min if not 1gm a week.

those dosages are way too low for someone you size, even if you have little experience...up the sus, double it would be good, and even add another d-bol tab a day, if not more d-bol tabe a day... big-guy IP: Logged |
