Clomid acts as an antagonist on estrogen receptors in the pituary, and thereby blocking the negative feedback of estrogen on LH production. If this is the only mechanism by wich clomid works, wouldn`t clomid be more effective to use when using AS that aromatise easily?
If i am using a steroid that hardly doesn`t aromatise, I still shut down my natural test. At the end of the cycle I won`t even have my own test being converted to estrogen. But clomid works then too, doen`t it?
Could someone please explain.

salut Komo

Amine you need to take clomid whether or not you're using a steroid that is very androgenic.

The clomid works as you said, in binding to receptor sites therby blocking them so a stronger estrogen can't attatch. HOwever at the same time clomid taken during the cycle will stimulate LH and FSH, thus keeping your natrual test production going no matter what doses of anabolics you're on.

Not that all non aromatizing steroids will bind with the progesterone recpetor, as far as i know only anadrol and deca will do that and cause progesterone like effects.

Yep, LH and FSH are Luteinizing Hormone and Folicle Stimulating Hormone. LH is the hormone that causes you to produce testosterone and FSH is the hormone that gets you to produce sperm.

One more progesterone binding AS is trenbolone.
