I have a question, After some heavy lifting, I really hurt both of my knees, I can't really do any squats, or leg presses without pain, but I'm already into my third week of a cycle of sust250. I really don't want to neglect training my upper legs while on this cycle, should I just try to blast through the pain, and deal with it later? I really thought the juice would help me heal up faster, but I only think It's getting worse...Usually, after cardio(stationary bike) my knees are fine, and I can work out, but by the end of my off day, they are really stiff and painful..any advice? thanks

HI, I can't really comment on the sus250, but I've suffered from tennis elbow for a long time now. I started my first A.S. cycle 5 weeks ago with Deca/D-Ball. The elbow pain went almost form day one. Then in week 2 I fractured my right thumb in work, just when I needed to train really hard too !!. I just bite the bullet and carried on. I've known guy's who have used short deca cycles for joint pain relief, it store's water in your joints, but I can think of cheaper ways of relieving pain. Sorry I've no info on the sus, but I thought I'd throw in my 2 cents worth.
All the best bro..

See an orthopedist first so you can determine the extent of the damage and make an informed decision as to how to alter your training. If you can train legs, you might want to try leg press w/ your feet high on the platform and the backrest all the way back. Don't try to train through the pain without getting an idea as to what might be wrong, or you may cause permanent damage that could come back to haunt you later. Ice wraps and Naprosin could help. Good luck.

If you've hurt ligaments or tendons, the juice will just make the injury worse, unless you're taking deca, the sust250 will just put added strain on your connective tissue, plus when on most anabolics your body produces inferior collagen, and the healing which your body does to your connective tissue while on is not of the same quality as your normal tissue.
