i have high cholesterol, 235. steroids will probably increase cholesterol, but i think that if you combine them with clomid that your cholesterol will go down. in bill robert's 2 on 4 off cycle, he had his guinea pig take 300 mg clomid on day one and 50 mg every day after that. his cholesterol went down 8 points in those 2 weeks. A cycle that is done without clomid would probably increase cholesterol instead of decrease it. so is anyone doing a cycle anytime soon? if so do you want to test a theory? go to your doctor and check your cholesterol, lipids, hdl & ldl levels. Then on your cycle take 300 mg clomid on day one and 50 mg every day after that (since clomid has a 5 day half life) for your entire cycle & 3 weeks afterward. then have your cholesterol levels checked again. I want to see if they will go up or down, as it could be very helpful. this could revolutionize this aspect of AAS usage. taking clomid along with steroids might make cholesterol go down instead of up which it does when you take the drugs alone. anyway, this is interesting to me. i don't want my cholesterol reaching 300 due to my cycles. and i want to know if clomid will actually help in long (4-8 week) cycles. if a 2 week cycle will destroy 8 cholesterol points, an 8 week cycle with clomid might destroy 25-30 cholesterol points. Just came off a 8 week cycle and one week before ending it I had to have blood work done. My cholesterol level was 155. The percentage, which I was told is the number you should really look at, was 3.78. The Doc was amazed, actually impressed, at my levels. So my cycle did not effect my cholesterol levels. I am very strict about my diet and my aerobics which the doctor said was very important. IP: Logged |
