Calorie intake is ESSENTIAL for making gains. I learned this the hard way. Especially since you are on an extremely light cycle. I try to get at least 6000 cals a day in. D. IP: Logged |

No need to cut calories -- the juice will help you use the cals to form muscle. One idea is to consume more protein cals, and cut down just a little on carb cals, that'll help you cut up some. Just remember to reload your muscles with carbs right away after a workout or cardio. Most people will just tell you to eat like a horse while you're on cycle, to maximize muscle gain, and then work on cutting up later. ------------------ the alpha male IP: Logged |

I wouldn't cut calories on a cycle of sust. You need those calories to grow. I think the thing to do would be bulk up on the cycle and loose any unwanted fat with cardio and diet afterword. Remember to keep your protien intake high. ghans IP: Logged |

It is possible to get leaner, if you do lots of cardio and train well, the juice will actually help to spare your muscle from being used as an energy source.
