What does it take for cops to arrest you?do they have to catch you in the act of selling steroids? thanx just gettin scared

that doesn't make sense, when you consider that a medically approved dose of steroids is about 200 mg a week. and anything over 3 months worth is considered excess. anything over 2 vials might count as intent. i doubt they will jump to conclusions like that though. you might need 5-10 vials minimum to get an intent charge.
