Discomfort has gotten only worse at injection site. It is now very painful and difficult to walk or even sit or lay down for me. No knot, swelling, or redness at the site. Just very sore. So just checking quick...Is it OK to take an OTC pain killer like aspirin or ibuprofen? ------------------ the alpha male IP: Logged |

Well, if you get sore from training, how will you know if you're fully recovered if you're on a pain killer? You won't. I'd leave them alone. Side effects are part of what you're getting into, don't let a sore stop you. IP: Logged |

It's not like I'm going to be taking percocet for the next 8 weeks. I just want to take 400mg of Ibuprofen to ease the pain a bit and get a good night's sleep. You can take pain killers no prob, but rotate injection sites so you're not using the same ones all the time, and are you having a reaction??? It hurts but not enought to warrant pain meds. IP: Logged |

OTC meds are fine bro- I got to the point that I had to take hydrocodone (Vicoden)just to shot through my scar tissue. Every big boy I know takes pain killers or nubain.Be careful J IP: Logged |
