I am so sick of eating eggs and I have tried them many ways. What are some of your ways of cooking them? We all could use new ideas!

I like egg whites with one yolk sided with lean meat topped with fat free italian dressing. Sounds odd, but tastes good to me. Plus you get the calories (eaily expendable)without the fat!

I just boil em, quickest and easiest way to make them, also the healthiest. Boring but is food supposed to be fun???

I make eggs Benedict and eat them w/ a couple of stacks of pancakes and lots of butter. I no longer believe in dieting in the conventional sense of the word.

Egg whites....one yolk per six eggs, and I pour the whole mess in a tupperware container.

Then, and hang on now everyone, I microwave it for 5 minutes.

Sometimes, when I really feel nuts, I throw some shredded cheese on there. Told you I was crazy.

I still like eggs, but I'm sure there will be a time I can't stand'em anymore. I take a tortilla, and scramble them up, then throw in some peppers, chicken/steak, whatever else you like. Hot sauce adds a nice flavor, too. I put raw eggs in my protein shake, along with some peanut butter. Can't even taste them, plus, I've never gotten sick from'em.

About dieting...my saying goes: "When you're not competting, enjoy eating!"

I've always been tempted to put peanut butter in my protein shake but feared it would taste horrible, I guess I'll give it a shot now.

With all due respect E2, hell yes food is supposed to be fun! I love to eat. It just requires a little imagination. Make some egg salad, devilled eggs, Quiche, omlettes...shit, if we're not goin' out and partying, find some recipes and improvise. Of course, this works for me because I love to cook. I enjoy seeing how much protein I can pack into a dish and still have it taste good. Just get creative and have some fun!

Protein shakes are a science. If you have good tasting, high quality stuff, you're set. However, sometimes I buy a lot of the bland stuff that is cheap so I can load up on it. Try adding some eggs, peanut butter and a squeeze of chocolate syrup to top it off. With the right mix, you'll be sitting in Reese's heaven.

My favorite right now is 1 cup of egg whites scrambled, mix in a can of tuna, and cover with salsa. Mmmmm. Don't think you'll see it on Martha Stewart.

$ eggs over easy with 4 pcs. of dark rye, 4 thick strips of Oscar Meyer bacon and 1 pancake with buttery, crispy, hash browns on the side for me please!!! Not creative, but I been eatin it for my whole life every day and haven't gotten sick of it yet.

Im not going to answer this cause I have it seems a million times here. But...there is an interesting article in the new Flex magazine pertaining to egg yolks/egg whites.
There was a question posted awhile back about which ones everyone prefers to eat..
Check it out...pretty good article.

Every way imaginable. Boiling is the easiest and I always have boiled eggs to snack on. I also love omlettes w/salsa and cheese and Tobasco sauce. Ham,onions,sausage,shrooms,sprouts,chicken....be creative.

I sramble up 1 yolk with 5 whites pour it into a pan than put in an ample amount of low fat grated cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and some Mrs Dash. Taste really good.

try this

6 egg whites whisked up.
add sultanas & Raisins 30g each
Cook till egg is how you like it in microwave.
Teaspoon sugar free after cooking.

makes a nice pancake.

Afternoon I have the same amount in an omelette. yolks IN!

I think it would be cheaper to by a couple of chickens!!!!!!!!

I have tried most of those and some are really good. I would not drink them raw you can get saminella (sp?). Keep this going.
