Whats the sign of good aspiration? I used to inject in my front quad area and would get a flesh colored liquid in the juice which is normal. I've since wised up and I now inject in my outer thigh, but I find the plunger difficult to pull back, and when I do slightly I get a sharp pain. I haven't seen anything carry into the syringe though.
Thanks for any help guys!

Try the glute. I did quads all the time, then finally when for the glute. It may be better for you to do it that way. But if not, when aspirating you should only see a couple clear bubbles appear in the syringe then you know your safe.

definatley aspire, I have friends that don't do it, but I do and only once did blood shoot into the syringe. You want the small bubbles.
