2 grams of protien per lb of bodyweight(spread this out throughout the day) carbs for mass , limit them if you dont want to gain too much weight. the less sarurated fat you eat, less acne. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Bro, I'll keep it real simple: Eat until you shit. When you're on the shitter, eat more. Then eat until you have to shit again. Try to get 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. This is not as easy as it sounds - you shouldn't take in more than 45-50 grams of protein in one sitting. Stay away from the JUNK - fast food, chocolate, shit like that. More questions you can email me - your question was really too general to answer here. Matt IP: Logged |

Food is the second most important part of body building. For meat...steak *less fat, the better* skinless chicken breast, tuna, FISH! For others, try yams, peas, beans, stuff like that. An HOUR before you lift, take in some complex carbs. I always eat a bowl of oatmeal with some protein powder mixed in. Gives you energy when you grabs the weights. Take in 2 grams of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight. I have a good tasting protein *Met-RX* for post workout, and then 5lbs jugs for protein when I don't care too much about taste. For snacks, grab some yogurt, peanut butter w/bread, beef jerky, banana, etc. Anything that isn't junk food. Eat 5-6 times a day, and remember...when you're not competting, ENJOY EATING! ------------------ IP: Logged |
