im about to start week 3 of my winny-v cycle,its my 1st cycle ever and im concerned because i have yet to see or feel anything, as far as results,no fat loss,no cuts, no vascularaity, no hardness?? im starting to wonder if this stuff is real or not. This is my routine 5 days a week you tell me what im doing wrong...

1cc injections everyother day...
5g creatine 2x per day every day...
1-2g protein per body pound everyday...
xendrine 1capsule 3x per day everyday...
( workouts...)
1hr of cardio everyday 5 x per week, then 2 body parts weight training, 5 days per week?

AND I GAINED 5 LBS????
YOU TELL ME SOMETHING ANIT RIGHT!
ANY ADVICE ABOUT THIS CYCLE??

First, the creatine is going to make you hold water, especially with the amount of sugar necessary to make it work properly. If you are trying to gain weight, 5lbs in three weeks is nothing to cry about, just think in twelve weeks that is a 20lb gain if you continue at the same rate.

If you are trying to get cut up I need to know your diet to determine what is wrong. Even without the winny you should be able to cut up. The winstrol does not cause fat loss it aids in preventing muscle catabolism. What brand of winstrol do you have? What does it look like? does the liquid separate?

Need more info. Post your diet and goals.

yes iam trying to cut up, and im on a low fat diet!
also its winny-v by up john 30ml vial!
should i cut out the creatine? idoes make me look bloated.

I would drop the creatine for now, Does the liquid separate with a white powder settling at the bottom and clear liquid at top? You need to be on a low carbohydrate diet. By this I mean you need to be consuming 50-75gms of carbs a day at most. with most before noon. The remainder about a half hour after you work out. Protein needs to be around 1 gm to 1.5 gms per pound of body weight. Fats should be around 25 gms or less a day. Go to my home page and look at the diet I have there, I will be updating it today or tomorrow to reflect how I have changed it in the last two weeks. I am getting ready for several shows.

its winny-v suspention i does seperate, but my real question is should i see any effects from this, this early? this is end of my 2nd week,

You are not gonna feel a kick or anything if that is what you were expecting. You may feel a bit more rested and less drained from your workouts, but it isn't like taking a shot of alcohol and 20 minutes later your buzzing. The stuff just don't work that way. If this is your first time cutting you need to give it time. You should start to see something in the next few weeks. You also need to be posing if you really want to bring out the cuts. If you don't see any results, I would suspect your diet is off. Email me what you are doing for a diet or post it.
How tall are you?, how much do you way?

iam 5'7 180
on monday i was 176!!

but with a ll the cardio im doing i dont seem to be burning the winter fat off?
my workouts are however very satisfying, and im able to get through a 21/2 hr work out with ease!!
and for the rest of the day i have energy to spare.

I wold say then, that it is working. You may be burning some fat and increasing your muscle density. Probably holding some water too. Give it time.

basically my diet is a high protein low fat low carb diet,
1g designer protein per lb 3x day sometimes as meal replacement,
lunch is usally 4 egg whites/rye toast
alot of chicken breast grilled/salad , imean low fat??
my work outs are intense
1hr cardio every morning, irun 2 miles and walk the rest at about 5.5mph to keep the heart rate up, and then after i do abs then 2 other body parts x 3 exercizes 10-15 reps per!
plus the winny-v 1cc eod !!
i should be gettin ripped by now!! i have been working out naturally for 3 yrs now!

thought i said this before but if it is winny v from upjohn canada its fake.

if not really shake it an dmake sure the powder is very well mixed and you are not just shooting water. winny will make you feel nothing different only see hardness and vascularity.

Creatine kind of defeast the purpose as it fill up muscle cells with water. so check to see if its from canada as if it is the problem statrs there. if not take out the creatine and drop me an e mail on your exact diet and i WIL point ya in the right direction if you want. i am 6 weeks out have been on winny about 1 month and vascular as hell all on 50 ml eevry other day and of course other things. let me know if i can help

Hey cool name.

Bro, if you are looking for hardness and vascualrity, you may want to try Halotestin.

There is none better. You will neither gain nor lose weight, but you will get very strong and very hard.

Perhaps after your cutting cycle. Halo, though is pretty tough on the liver, so you may want to wait until after the winny and rest a while.

remember: Halo = Hard
