Hey Bros, I am 19 yrs 5ft7in 190LBS. In case you are wondering what i am doing on this board I am trying to get all the info possible on AS I have not done a cycle yet. Probably in my late 20's. I have gone from 115 to 190 in 1yr and 3months all naturally.I recently weighted my self i saw that i am up to 190. That means I have to eat 380 grams of protein a day if i am supposed to eat 2grams of protein for every pound of body weight. Is that right I have heard so many things. How in the living HELL I am I supposed to eat that much protein a day . I already eat a least six times a day including 3 protein shakes a day wich gets me just around 300 grams a day. I heard marcus ruhl eats 300-400 grams of protein day. But he is so much bigger than me. (I know you guys are saying "no shit"). How should i eat 380 grams . NNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDD HHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPP.

Hey-- I have no prob eating any and all quantities and during heavy bulking phases have gone as high as 500grams protein (usually go 400)...I would say for your size and situation go with about 270-300 grams per day (the rule you are actually referring to is the 2grams per every KILOGRAM of bodyweight, you are about 85 KG, there is also the rule which is about the same one gram for every pound--this is a good minimum, especially for dieting)...stay natural while you can, I reached a bodyweight of 252 pounds (about 13-14%BF) naturally at 5'7", of course though I was the exception and did everything meticulously hardcore (including training, eating, supplementing, resting, etc.)...you're in the golden years, enjoy!!!
