I am an 18 year old female at about 150 pounds. I work out regularly, but nothing works to lose weight. I came across some that were given to me to try. What would Clen. do for me? How much weight would I lose? How do I take the pills...how many...how often? Thank you so much. IP: Logged |

For women 80-100mcgs/day in split doses Also cycle for two weeks on clen, then two weeks on E/C/A. This will keep your body from adapting to either one. Side effects reported are as shaky hands, insomnia, sweating, increased blood pressure and nausea. These side effects usually subside once you become used to the drug. You'll get about the same feeling from it as you do ECA stack. It yeilds better results thou. People tend to get dehydrated from clen so drink a lot of H2O. Check around so and don't do it til ya have all the info to do it right. cjac1 IP: Logged |

I do eat too many carbs. My workout partner has pointed this out to me. For that past 2 weeks I have tried not to eat carbs after breakfast. That way my body has time to burn them off. But I still am seeing no improvements. Any suggestions? IP: Logged |

go get some hydroxycut or xenedrine and take it when you wake up. then do around 30 mins. of cardio before you eat anything. cardios most effective when your body is at its lowest on sugar. just watch your carbs. drink only water or unsweetened tea or coffee, no fruit juices or fruit. also, keep your veggies to a 1 cup serving. try to stay full on chicken breast(skinless), tuna, steamed or grilled fish. you should lose weight pretty quick if you do that.
