I have a set routine that I put together with music of choice about 5 weeks out and then practice it until the show.

B. Have a set routine.

What you should be doing is practicing your
posing as much as possible at this point.

Ideally you should be creating your set routine a couple of months before so you have plenty of time to practice. Then in the
last couple of days before the show just pose , do not do any weight training.

The other thing to keep in mind is that pre-judgeing is the most importent part of your posing. That's where they decide who is good enough to win and who isn't. If you do not have enough time to have a good routine at least make sure that you have mastered the relaxed poses and the compulsory poses. You must be able to do those well and hold them while looking like it's easy.

So in summary , here is the game plan:

1) Focas on good relaxed and compulsory posing.

2) Decide which poses make you look good and which poses show your weaknesses.

3) In your free posing , do not do any poses that show your weak points but do poses that show your strong points.

4) Use music that you feel comfortable posing
with.

5) Practice as much as you can.

Good luck.

Defently have a set routine. I try to practice my routine about 1 hour a day. Count when you do your poses. You don't want to get on stage and rush through your routine. Practice enough and be super confident in yourself.

Make sure you can flex your whole body for over a minute at a time when going over the pre-judging poses-Practice all day!!!
