...that listening to intense music helps in the gym. So, I'm in the gym today and I'm benching. I was gonna go for 205 for 5 (yup, I'm still a rookie!)- so I get it up and die- so i drop it to 185- failure, nothing. Finally the acoustic Foo Fighters and Incubus songs are over and Nine Inch Nails (my favorite group) comes on. I have 175 on the bar and do it for 6 and then run over and raise the weight to 195 and get it for 2.....MUSIC HELPS!!! There's always next week to get to the damn 205 for 5 mark.
