![]() ![]() ![]() Well, after complaining of hardly any results....thinking my Sust was bunk....then learning that calorie and protein intake were ESSENTIAL for gains.....I started taking supplements this week.....some weight gainer from GNC with 1850 cals and 50g protein.....And WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Man, just in the last 4 days I have gained 4 pounds! Unbeleivable pumps at the gym too. Even look a lot bigger. I am halfway through 8 weeks of 500mg sust......I am looking forward to some good gains in the next four weeks. I am also going to add some primo at around week 6 if it gets here in time.....Or else go with winny or EQ (haven't decided, leaning towards Ultragan EQ). But thats a question for another post...........Anyhow, with this week's gains that makes 8 lbs in 4 weeks. I wish I did it right from the beginning (with the cals and protein supplement)...Hope first timers will listen to this. D. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bro, no flame but maybe if you are that unknowledgable about nutrition you should wait on something as powerful as gear. The only reason I say that is you should only use AS after all other means have been exhausted(supplements,trainings,DIET). Just my opinion. I'm glad your seeing results though. EAT,EAT,EAT!!!! Eat as clean as you can as well. By the way GNC is a ripoff.Shop around, you'll get better quality supplements for a fraction of their price. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah, I should have done a lot more research but no turning back now, I'm right in the middle. I was never one to count calories in my diet and such, just always ate when i was hungry. As for training regiment, I work out religiously 5 days a week - hard - for the past 10 years or so.....Was at a major plateau....but you are right, should've taken diet into consideration, especially when taking gear. Now i know. Thats why i was posting, maybe somebody else will listen.... D. IP: Logged |
