This is my first real stack, I'm doing 500mg enanthate with 200mg deca per week and adding protein drinks to my already hearty diet....(never took protein before) Yeah, to most on here its a pretty light cycle, but I'm used to 250mgs/wk as a cycle and have taken a 6'1 145 lb body up to 247lbs at my highest over the past 5-7 yrs. I'm starting at 230-234lbs, 19" arms, 400+lb bench.....I'm hoping to hit that 250lb goal, get my arms over 20 and dont really care what I bench as I'm already happy with it.... This is going to be a 7week cycle so I'll keep everyone posted to how its going.... IP: Logged |

If you eat right, you'll reach 250 easy - what you gotta do is stay there post cycle. The gains will come when you are on - you need to be sure and keep them. One step at a time - though.......good luck. Matt IP: Logged |

One thing I'll be adding to my "post cycle" is clomid.....I've never gotten into the gear enough to have worried about it, but now that I know about it, I wish I would have had some even for the light cycles I'm used to.... Well, I better go eat something, I feel myself getting skinny..... IP: Logged |
