I was just wondering if anybody has got good results from this program while on the juice? I am getting ready to do my first cycle (Omna-750mg a week for 8 weeks and dbol-6 tabs a day for first 4 weeks). Currently I get best results from a MWF routine, 1 bodypart a week. I just dont know how much more lifting I can add to my program while on juice since I have never taken it before. I know the first cycle is supposed to be the best, so I don't want to screw this up. Currently I am 200pds, 6'4",21yrs old, 10%bf. And yes I did do a search for programs on the board and have tried the 5 day a week program while not on roids and ended up being sore all the time and never growing. I plan on eating 6 meals a day and getting at least 9 hours of sleep, I want to pack on as much mass as I can. Thanks for any help bros. IP: Logged |

I have not done a cycle of gear yet. But I have done the Size Surge program twice in two years. If done RIGHT, especially at your age, you should gain size and strength even doing it without steriods. When I've been on the program my co-workers thought I was on steriods, because I got bigger even at age 42. The research I've done on steriods is you should train 5 days a week, one body part,or one large and one small a day, like (chest & bi's or shoulders tri's) other examples of some work-out sequences you can find in the question section of www.steriodencyclopeadia.com Steriods make you recover faster,so you can work-out 4,5,or 6 days a week. The Size Surge is basically for a natural or hardgainer, designed for more recovery time. The Author Steve Holman is a hardgainer and never has taken gear! Just like everything else you have to work hard and heavy to gain, with PROPER FORM. I'm not telling you one way or the other, what does everybody else think? Is 3 days enough on gear? A couple of good books are out there in most book stores or on the www.ironmanmagazine web site they are "Ironman's Ultimate Bodybuilding Encyclopedia" and "Ironman's Ultimate Guide To Building Muscle Mass" Both books are full of good pictures, training routines and good knowledge. IP: Logged |
