Guys whats the best way to lose some body fat about 5% or so while sparing hard earned muscle. I don't use juice (at least yet plan to do 1st cycle this fall). I have read the old threads about ketosis and such but it looks like you have to use insulin to really achieve ketosis. I will use an eca stack I just need some advice on carb/fat/protein ratios to spare the muscle tissue. Obviously I plan to incorporate cardio (bleeeechhh).
What works best for you guys all help appreciated. Thanks.

I can shed the pounds thats not the problem, the problem is saving the muscle I have busted my butt to get.

It's hard to say. It's been so long since I've had to do it without gear. Insulin is out. E/C/A stack will help. Maybe on a 2on/2off cycle. Starting at twice a day and moving up to four times a day. If you can hanlde that amount and sleep on it. Carbs/Pro/Fat. The old school low carbs 3 days (50gms) 1 day med carbs (100gms) 1 day up some (200gms) carbs 1 day (300gms) carbs, then repeat.
