Ok bros I am in my 4th week of training back after a five month lay off due to health troubles. So far everything is going really well. My bench is already up 25lbs, squats up 40lbs, and arms are up 3/4 inch. I am happy with my progress but the thing is I want to lose the bodyfat I gained during my layoff. I just absolutely hate being soft and smooth like I am currently. My weight right now is 178lbs @ 13% bf and I want to get it down to 9%. I only have to lose 8lbs of fat to achieve this. I plan to use cytomel/eca to do this. My diet right is 4000-4500 cals a day, 380-400 gms protein, 425 carbs (half simple half complex), and 90 gms of fat. (half from flax) I am hesitant to drop my calories because I am afraid that cytomel will burn my muscle along with fat. Although I have access to anabolics such as winny and primo which will help prevent muscle loss I want to stay away from juice right now. So I guess my question is will I be able to lose fat on cytomel/eca while staying on my current diet??? Also, if I could lose weight will I lose muscle and how much??? Generally how long would it take for me to get from 13% bf to 9%bf. (I am a meso/endo and can lose weight fairly easily but not very easily like some others) Can you bros give me dosage suggestions. Should I be doing cardio while on this?? Since my goal is to gain back all the size and strength I lost how bad is cytomel/eca gonna effect me in terms of my goal??? Will I still be able to make gains while on it??Anyway bros sorry for my long ass rant. Thanks for your help bros!!!!! I can help you out on one of those Q's bro. I couldn't tell you how much muscle you would lose if you lose weight and I couldn't tell you how long it takes to go from 13% to 9% BF. But I can tell you that a clen/cytomel stack will allow you to keep muscle while burning fat and not restricting your cals. I'm not sure if cytomel/eca will have the same effect as cytomel/clen though man. For dosages on the cytomel taper up and down slowly. 25mcg-50-75-100-75-50-25. You dont have to go as high as 100...you can stop at 75 if you want but don't stay on it longer than 6 weeks. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Thanks bro, the reason I am not using clen is because I tried it in the past and it did not work well for me IP: Logged |

No, shouldn't hinder your growth to use T3. But, to control your BF% you might want to alternate your carb intake. On days you feel good, drop your carbs 100 to 200gms and replace with protien. On days you feel like shit up your carbs and remove equal amounts of protien. Your body will let you know a lot of things. Just listen to it. IP: Logged |
