![]() ![]() ![]() I'm trying Isopure. It's not bad with like 50 gms of protein per. What have you guys found to be worth your while? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Mr. T, In my experience, meso tech, is the best meal replacement/protein shake out there. It has 52 grams of whey protein and 10 grams of l-glutamine. It is best when mixed with water, instead of skin milk because it is too rich with milk, and just a banana for optimal taste. Hope this helps. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I still believe MetRx is the best quality out there, although I do add a scoop of straight protein powder t it to up the amount of protein per serving. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am a big Met-RX fan, even tho you will hear flack about it. The chocolate tastes great, and you will enjoy drinking it. I always put in three scoops of generic protein powder with my pre-workout oatmeal. Works great. I've heard great things about Isopure and Myoplex tho, too. Just buy individual packets until you find what you like, then hit www.saveonsupplements.com They got it all. ------------------ IP: Logged |
