ephedrine. if you believe in accupressure, take your index finger and run it up and down the groove in between the back of your ear and the back of your jaw. that groove where your jaw connects to your head. just massage that with your finger. it decreases appetite due to accupressure. while on the subject, taking an ice cube wrapped in cloth and holding it against your ear will aid digestion. so if you eat too much, put an ice cube in a cloth and hold it against your ear. it will speed up the digestive process. and decrease discomfort. Hmmm...when I dieted I'll tell you the #1 appetite suppressant. It helped me lose over 75lbs in, hmmmmm lets see how long, probably about 5 or 6 months, maybe a little longer. The part that sucks is seeing very little improvements for about 4 months, then it all just comes off and you're like "HOLY SHIT!"...well, it's all about will power. It's all about looking at food and saying "Nah, I'll have a piece of fruit"...I didn't even go to the gym at that time, just rode my bike and did lots of situps and played basketball, etc. Well, now that I re-read the question I realize it might not even be about weight loss, but I already wrote all this so I'll leave it ;-) Protein shakes fill ya up, try those....4 shakes a day should keep you fulfilled and also help build muscle.
