How much did you grow in height after 18/19? Had you juiced by then?

After 19 I grew like 1 or 1 1/2 inches

6'1 here. I didnt grow squat after 17. How tall are you? I know a couple of people that grew an inch or more after 21. It depends 99%genetics 1%diet. If your growth plates havent catylized HGH may give you a few inches. But thats for a doctor to determine.

1" after 19, but there is other growth that happens during that time that can be fucked up by steroid use.

Bones in the face, shoulders, pelvis all change significantly in the last few years of puberty. Not just the length of the long bones of your body. If you are trying to decide if you should use steroids and you are 19, then don't. Not just becuase you might now grow another inch.

I grew UP about an inch after 18

didn't notice until I was about 21. All of a sudden I was 5'9" instead of 5'8"

I stopped growing taller at 17. Maybe only a millimeter or two in all of the years since.
