What do you all think is easier and why? What is everyone here looking for? I want to get as big and massive as possible then when I get big enough I will shape it up. I think training for lean muscle gains is much more difficult and slower. Please debate and bump. Later, P.B. IP: Logged |

I would have to say that this debate is up to the individual person. Their own metabolic rate determines which is the better approach. For instance, if one has a slow metabolism, the lean mass way is the way to go. This is because if he/she does gain a lot of size and mass, and then wants to lose the fat, it may be very difficult to accomplish. However, if you have a fast metabolism, it is more beneficial to train for mass, because it will be easier to shed those extra pounds off and tighten your physique. IP: Logged |
