Just got my clen. I know clen cycles are all over the place but I couldn't find anybody around my same size. I am 5'10 225lbs
14-16%b/f. I have 100 tabs. I am probably gonna go two weeks on, two weeks off. With ECA on the off weeks. How many on the first day? Thats all I really want to know is how many on the first day. I will increase by 1 tab a day untill I feel the shakes and hot flashes. Thanks.

Oh, and another thing.
Has anybody experienced shortness of breath
while on clen? I don't think I read it as one of the sides but I just wanted to check. Thanks

For your body weight, I would start out with 2 a day then go up from there daily until your hands are shaking like an old man, then back down one tab. I have never experienced shortness of breath or nervousness like with eca stacks. Another thing, are you cycling it with anything else or just taking clen alone. Not an expert here, just a fellow clen user.

Yeah, I would start with two a day, one in the morning and the other at lunch, and increase from there. I am 5'9" and 190, and two a day gave me the jitters.
