How did your dnp cycle go? Is it over yet. Keep me informed. like to compare. I'm on my 4th day prob only go to 5 or 6 my parentz think I'm dying cause I sweat in front of the air conditioner and want to sleep outside. hee hee you know the feeling. well anyhoo let me know. l8r bro hope it was worth it IP: Logged |

I posted this yesterday, still haven't measured my BF. I'm planning to do another round next week. I didn't burn up like I thought I would. day one day two My workouts have been fantastic, better than usual. Strength is up or equal, energy is incredible, I am flabergasted. during the day on day one I was pretty low energy, but my workout this morning was kick ass, i still can't believe it. day three day four day five Okay, now I'm really fuckin tired. My workout was very flat. Breathing heavy, have NO desire to get that last rep. Get several drinks from the water fountain, not because I'm thirsty, but because, I really don't want to Do that heavy bench just yet. day sicks Unfortunately, my workout partner showe up today, so I couldn't sluff off and stumble through a zombie shitass workout. So I did leg day. Couldn't squat shit. didn't get past two plates with quarters. Legggg press for 50, 40, 30, 20, 20 reps starting at 180, ending with 450. Thought I was gunna pass out. Breathing is heavy today, as yesterday. Runnin outta gas now. Looking back on the first two days when the cocky, Big fuckin' Catratcho thought he was gonna breeze through this DNP schedule, I want to say I'm sorry to the Karma god who is now in the process of humbling the Honduran.
day eight day nine day 10, day 11, off no measurements. Ended Cynomel therapy. used no ECA. day 12 day 13
And another weird thing, I lost about a pound a day, rather than losing it all in the end, as is the experience of others. Dunno. I will measure my bodyfat in the next day or so, when my water levels and ATP, Glycogen levels are steady (not dropping). I reckon I will gain a pound or two when the water gets back in my muscles. and I lost 1 1/2" on my waist. Not shabby. ------------------ IP: Logged |

BigCat, Ozzy I took my third dose about 4 hours ago and have noticed a mild body heat increase, but nothing else. No sweating, really, no lethargy, no shortness of breath. Did you guys get these symptoms by this point??? Thanks... IP: Logged |

BigCatratcho-I understand bout the cocky begginning. I too have been that way and then wanted to die. 1 1/2 is awsome. I have not started to lose anything cept in face and shoulderz. happy for yah bro Puc-My fav from Midsummer'z anyhoo. what'z your dosage, it usually doesn't hit til day 3 or 4 unless you take double the dose on the 1st day. good luck and drink h2o. milk thistle. anti-O'z watch out for midnight hunger attackz. I want to kill my roommates and eat them bout 12 or 1 in the mornin'. keep us posted on your progress. we can all learn from each other.

The midnight hunger attacks I GOT!! Unless it is normal to eat a jar of jelly at 2:00 AM (1500cals of sugar, ick...) I am back on the diet now, though... taking 300/day. I'll wait another day before thinking about uppin the dose, thanks... DNPuc... IP: Logged |

yo PUC (actually I'm gonna go see some Shakespeare next month, but I digress...) ah, WAAAAY after the fourth day, I started getting sluggish, then the huffing and puffing started by day six. I didn't sweat until day six (my girlfriend usually turns the thermostat UP, and I usually turn it down, that is to say, I'm usually on the hot side) If I were you I'd keep the dosage the same for two reasons, to give you a nice acid test for future use, and 2. you'll probably start getting hot soon. It starts to build up, all the lack of carbs, the heat, the heavy breathing. I'd keep it at 300mgs.
