![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() http://www.detn8.org/bb/Docs/ there is a spreadsheet that allows you to enter the days you will inject and amounts. It'll tell you your daily and weekly test levels. I'm not sure of it's accuracy, but it's pretty cool. If it is right you can plan out your doses so you get a gradual buildup and decline and avoid spikes throught the middle. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() that charts gives you a very general idea of what is going on, it does not take into consideration your weight and any number of other factors that would impact how much free testosterone is in your body. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() agreed. but it can show you how to space the doses out so you go up and down more gradually instead of going way up and then crashing really hard. When I put my planned doses in it looked like the NASDAQ, so I adjusted it and it now looks like a speed bump with 6 weeks of almost even test levels and a slow rise and fall. joker IP: Logged |
