I am currently on a cycle of Equipoise. I want to take a supplement around mid-cycle, 3/4 the way through to have a good transition off of the cycle. I have clomid but I want something else too. I want to steer clear of Creatine Monohydrate because I don't want Water Weight. Do you guys know if there is something with just ATP in it so I can have the stamina and energy that creatine gives without the water? Or is ATP and creatine connected chemically? Is ATP associated with Creatine or can I get ATP on its own? Thanks IP: Logged |

Creatine water weight is on the INSIDE of your muscles, in my experience. Essentially you will carry the same amount of water as with ATP. It's sort of a carrier transport for ATP. Creatine never made me lfabby on the outside (just flabby on the inside of the muscles) ------------------ IP: Logged |

I agree...creatine increases cell volumation inside the muscle.. So your body wont seem real watery..but the muscle may seem that way..it wont be as dry. Save the creatine for your post cycle run...and use it to help keep gains. Also try runnins some glutamine..or tirribulus with it. Later, WCP ------------------ IP: Logged |
