Chris Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 22)	posted March 21, 2000 09:50 PM I hear it tastes great...lol. How do you take it. I've heard shoot it down the throat with an eye dropper. Can you mix it in a protein shake or other drink? Or is it still way to strong to dilute the bad taste? Thanks, Chris IP: Logged

Buy some type of cheap (vitamin) gel cap. remove the liquid and put the Rev-B in it? Or is their by some chance a place to buy empty gel caps? What kind of gel caps do u buy when planning to do this? I'm assuming you can't get all of the liquid out of the cap, and therefore you will be mixing the Rev-B with something. Is their something that works better than others, or a kind of liquid gel to stay away from? Rev-B smells kind of like vitamin's, maybe get a vitamin B gel cap and put the Rev-B in their....what do you think?? Thanks, Chris IP: Logged
macrophage69alpha Moderator (Total posts: 977)	posted March 21, 2000 11:23 PM go to a health food store and buy some capsules- empty ones size 00 TWINGATS-WTF are you talking about, there is no advantage to injecting reforvit-b- in fact since it is dispersed within less than an hour,PROPYLENE GLYCOL BASE, and has a less than 3hr half life you would need to inject 2 times a day to maintain blood levels-DO YOU LIKE SCAR TISSUE? ------------------ MP IP: Logged

macrophage69alpha Moderator (Total posts: 977)	posted March 22, 2000 12:25 AM somehow I dont think that excessive exposure tothe anesthetic in Ref-b is very good for your taste buds nor the nerves in your mouth and tounge. sure it may not taste as bad as whiskey but I think its anesthetic effects make it considerably worse for the health of your mouth. I mean, the ref-b is intended to be injected into animals, so the anaesthetic is probably to comfort the injection site. I have found it helps to poke a hole in it first next to where you poke to inject the ref-b. RAGING BULL Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 8)	posted March 22, 2000 01:15 AM Listen to Macro. Go to any health food store worth its weight and get some 00 size gel caps. They come empty, and are in two halves. Open up the empty gelcap, inject 1/4 to 12 cc, reassemble the cap and swallow w/food and water. If you choose to squirt it into your mouth, you probably won't like the taste or sensation it gives you. If you mix it with a protein shake, it will destroy the taste of the shake, as well as possibly give you an upset stomach. The gel caps should cost no more than $4.00 US for 250. Remember, D-bol is always more efficacious when taken orally. IP: Logged

If there are negative effects to directly injesting ref-b, then I would like to know about it so I can take precautions.
