Just wondering ... Is it ok to take ref-b with food still in your stomach or should you take it on an empty stomach?

I've never considered this question, I'd like to hear some feedback on this as well.

But then my stomach is never empty

Sorry for the silly question...now I know why you don't want to take it on an empty stomach. I was just worried about the asorbtion rate and weather food interupted the effects of ref-b. Thanks guys.

I don't think it makes a difference at all.

I agree it doesn't make any difference on the performance of it, but it will save you from walking around with a sore gut.
