im presently on week two of my first cycle ever winny-v 1cc eod. i havent noticed anything yet at all, no veins, no cuts no hardness??? is this normal? and also what kind of test could i add to this cycle for (some) gains im trying to put on a little mass in the arms and legs,,(maybe 8-10lbs)??? and in what dosage,w the winny? seeyaatthegym! Keep going with the winny. I did the same cycle 1cc eod. You will start to notice more gains in about another week. I was on winny for a little over a month and I gained about 7-10lbs. I also changed my diet to heavy protein while on it. Stack sus or omnadren with this. You will see good gains. danimal IP: Logged |

It will not get rid of the spare tire by itself. Work your abs hard and do cardio with the winny. You will see the difference. Try to stay away from fatty foods. I know this is what you should do with out any winny but the winny will show a significant difference. danimal IP: Logged |

You should do all the research you can BEFORE you start a cycle, especially if it's your first. Although my first cycle was several years ago, I still wish I would have taken the extra time to find out more information before I started. I remember being so anxious just to start that I didn't really think about what I was doing. This board has so much good shit in the archives that is priceless for beginners. READ AND READ AND READ SOME MORE ... YOU'LL BE THANKFUL FOR IT LATER ON.
