I am having problems obtaining Essential Forte and finding a recommended dosage. My local Health store advises Milk Thistle - and a dose of 420mg a day if using A/S - Yeah, I told 'em why I wanted it! Any ideas suggestions? Is milk thistle an alternative to EF or does it not come close?? ------------------ IP: Logged |

I like milk thisle: contains some of the most potent liver protecting substances known.Prevents free radical damage by acting as an antioxidant, protecting the liver. Also stimulates the production of new liver cells and prevents formation of damaging leukotrienes. You can find this with Dandelion this is use for cleanses the bloodstream and liver, and increases the production of bile.
