brewed some tea, that was supposed to raise test levels. Made me smell like dog piss and did absolutely nothing.
Used test for 20 weeks once w/o clomid, what a crash!
injected test from a broken vial (i shattered it myself in an attempt to open it), nothing bad happened though, it just was stupid.

ignored my family for a couple of weeks until, i started realizing my children were starting fights around me just to get my attention. so i packed 'em up and headed
to the local arcade and then to lunch of their choice. then made mental note to pay more attention to them.

just off the top of my head.

Stopped lifting for three years and got fat - well not really that fat, just up to say 28%. Felt like shit all the time and never wanted to do anything.

I woke up one day and thought "your a fat lazy out of shape SOB - get back to living life and working your ass off in the gym."

So I did. But hey, I've been lifting on and off since I was like 15 so I "bounced back" in short order. Never again. I may go easy every so often, but never again will I stop.

Training every muscle group every day when I was younger. Training 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every muscle. Every day. And didn't eat worth dick.
Then I'd go around with these scrawny arms... and roll up my t-shirt sleeves. What the fuck? Me and all my 13 inch glory.
Years later, and gear assisted... I look back at that and laugh.
I wish I would have trained correctly to begin with. I'd be a lot further along than I am now.

Funny thing when i was 15 i did 2 hrs/day 5-6 times a week right of the bat, and gained 50 lbs in 6 months, my mother thought i was going to explode, but i ate and took protein shakes like a f.... pro, but no gear. Man, i wish i could make gains like that again, thinking back i think i was anorexic before i started lifting, i was painfully skinny, with no appetite or nothing

When I first started out I bought WAR, read it, took off to TJ and bought about $1,000.00 of Bunk. Figued this out went back to TJ bought another $1,000.00 of real gear then got popped by customs crossing with it. Now that is some dumb shit!

Locking out my elbows and knees while lifting. I have been paying for it in pain.

This wasn't a personal experience, but I saw it happen to somone at my gym. this guy was at the squat rack and put too much weight on the bar and when he unloaded the bar to begin squatting, he realized it was way too heavy and tried to get it back on the rack but tripped forward. He dropped the bar and fell right into the mirror shattering it with his head.

How embarassing for him I thought, not to mention the bloody mess! I stood there for a minute just saying to myself.... Now that's gotta hurt!

I took AS when I was 18 and had no idea what I was doing. I lost every pound and I gained and then some.

I was doing those incline board sit ups with a partner throwing me a medicine ball at the top of the movement. I'm sure you've all seen this dumb ass move. Well, one day about 60 reps into it, I felt a burning sensation low on my abbs. Well, no pain, no gain right? so I finnish up my set, lay back on the board. Take a deep breath and go to get up off of the board. But I cant. I cant bring my body up at all. Some of you may have guessed; torn rectus abdominals. That realy fucking hurt.

I guess it was a mistake for me to start gear at 17 years old. I don't regret it too much, but I should've at least waited 2 or three more years. I am sure that I could've gotten more naturally. However, it wasn't too bad, because being buff was an important thing in high school, and gear helped me be the strongest of all my friends, yet one of the shortest -- 5'8" maybe 5'9"

Got over zealous and went way to heavy on lying tricep extensions, bounced the bar of my head, hit a stick point, and tore my ulna nerve right out of its housing. Dropped the stack on my head, and watched the plates roll around on the mat as my elbows swelled to the size of grapefruits. I still have tremors in both hands that are terribly bothersome and i can only train using HIT principles, anything other than slow reps makes my elbows swell and my fingers go numb.

The stupidest thing that I ever did was trying to impress my girlfriend by trying to walk/jump over her moving car. A move I happened to see McGyver do a few nights prior. It didn't seem that difficult, but I think when she hit 15 miles an hour and my foot reached the hood, I knew I was in trouble. I did two summersaults and landed on my hip/buttocks. Couldn't get out of bed for Four days. That WAS STUPID!!!

My dumbest mistake was overtraining when I was a teenager. Dumbest thing Ive ever seen was some poor sole at my gym doing way more than he could handle on lat pulldowns. Lost his grip at the bottom of the rep and the bar sprung up knocking out his teeth. Bloody mess-
